CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 potatoes, cooked, peeled & sliced
3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
3 c. milk
2 c. cheese, grated

Layer potatoes in a greased casserole dish. In a saucepan combine salad oil, cornstarch, salt, paprika, mustard and milk, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Pour sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
