CHEESY CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops, trimmed
2 med. onions, sliced thin
4-6 potatoes, pared, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Slices of Velveeta cheese

Place pork chops on bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with slices of onion layer, then potatoes, then cheese slices. Pour undiluted mushroom soup over cheese. Cover with foil then bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
