CREAM CHEESE PASTRY 
1 (9 oz.) bulk cream cheese
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
4 1/2 c. all purpose flour

Blend cream cheese and butter, then gradually mix in flour until a dough is formed. Chill overnight, or at least 1 hour if needed the same day. Makes delicious fruit turnovers with any flavor pie filling such as cherry, apple or raisin.
