CREAM CHEESE PASTRY 
1 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, chilled
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Apricot preserves or mince meat

Roll out on flour board. Cut squares. Place apricot preserves or mince meat filling. Fold corners, like envelope. Bake 15 or 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
