FRESH APPLE CAKE 
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 c. pecans
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and eggs together. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add oil to sugar mixture. Beat well. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture a little at a time. Mix well. Then stir in chopped apples. Mix well. Pour in long oblong pan and bake at 350 degrees, about 30 minutes, or until done.

FROSTING:

1 lg. box Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts

Cream cheese and butter, then add sugar a little at a time. Add vanilla and nuts. Frost your Fresh Apple Cake. This is delicious and rich.
