3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix apples, sugar, and spices together. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add flour and soda to apple mixture, then add the egg mixture. Fold in raisins. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
Vanilla

Mix together.
