BARBECUED SHRIMP 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. snipped parsley
2 lb. large row shrimp, peeled and deveined

Cream butter with remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Divide shrimp equally in 6 pieces of heavy duty foil. Top with butter mixture. Seal tightly around shrimp. Place on hot coals. Cook 5 to 7 minutes. Serve in foil package. Serve with barbecue sauce. Serves 6.
