MARINATED BROCCOLI 
3 bunches raw broccoli, use only flowerettes, wash & cut

MARINADE:

1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. accent
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix together and pour over broccoli. Marinate 24 hours, stirring several times. May be served as vegetable or hors d'oeuvre.
