LEMON BARBECUED SHRIMP | |
2 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. Italian reduced calorie dressing 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. minced onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Place shrimp in a large baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour marinade over shrimp, cover and refrigerate overnight. Broil on grill 5-6 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Baste shrimp with marinade during cooking time. Yield 6 servings. |
