SHRIMPS WITH LEMON SAUCE 
1 lb. frozen shrimp
1/4 lb. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt to taste
Pinch of oregano

Cook shrimp according to package directions. Chill. Beat lemon juice, oil and spices until creamy. Chill 2 hours. When ready to serve, beat lightly. Serve in small bowl surrounded by shrimp. Serve with food picks for dipping. Serves 4.
