SHRIMP WITH LEMON AND WINE 
1 to 2 lbs. med. size shrimp
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic (whole)
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 to 3 slices lemon
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. wine
Salt and pepper

Clean and rinse shrimp. (I use electric fry pan). In fry pan add oil and butter, allow to heat but not brown, add garlic, shrimp, bay leaf, chicken cube, water, lemon, salt and pepper to taste. As the above starts to simmer, add wine. Allow to simmer until shrimp turn pink.
