LEMON SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. chives, dried
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix lemon juice, parsley, chives, mustard and garlic. In large skillet melt butter. Add mixture and add shrimp. Cook on medium high heat. Shake pan and turn once. Cook until pink. Excellent with buttered egg noodles on the side.
