LIME AND HONEY BROILED CHICKEN 
2 chicken quarters
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. butter-flavored butter
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper

Mix lime juice, butter, honey, and garlic powder. Heat until butter melts. Add white wine and stir to mix.

Line a small baking pan with foil; arrange chicken in pan, skin side up. Pour lime juice sauce over chicken and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Set oven temperature to 450 degrees, rack 5-inches from heat. Broil 15 minutes; turn chicken and spoon sauce from pan. Broil 15 minutes more (fork tender). Remove from oven; spoon sauce from pan over chicken and let stand about 3 minutes.
