GRILLED CORN-ON-THE-COB 
6 fresh ears of corn with husks on
6 tbsp. butter
36 sprigs or leaves cilantro or basil
lime or lemon wedges (optional)

You also need 100% cotton kitchen string.

Carefully peel back husk but DO NOT remove. Remove and discard silks. Gently rinse corn; pat dry. Spread corn with butter. Place cilantro and/or basil evenly over corn, pressing into butter. Gently fold husks back around corn. Tie with string at top of cob. Grill over medium coals for 25 to 30 minutes, turning 3 times. Remove strings; peel off husks. Squeeze lime if you use cilantro. Squeeze lemon if you use basil.
