KING'S RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 hen or 2 chickens, cooked & deboned
2 c. grated cheese
1 med. bag of tortilla chips (plain)
1 onion, cut fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Make a sauce of chicken soup, mushroom soup, broth and tomatoes. Place 1 layer of chicken, 1/2 the sauce, 1/2 the tortilla chips, 1/2 of the cheese and onion mixture; repeat and end with cheese and onions. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cover for the first 45 minutes.
