SWEET POTATO PIE 
4 sweet potatoes, boiled and drained
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 to 6 eggs
nutmeg (season to taste)
2 c. Milnot

With mixer, cream potatoes, butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Watch out for strings in potatoes. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix after each egg. Add seasoning, then milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
