2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
2 medium-sized Granny Smith apples
1 lb. well seasoned sausage

Into a deep casserole, put in a layer of sausage patties, a layer of peeled and sliced sweet potatoes and a layer of peeled and sliced apples. Top with sausage patties.

Bake until well done in 375°F oven.
