CURRIED FRUIT BAKE 
1 (#303) can cling peach halves
1 (#2) can pineapple slices
1 (#303) can pear halves
5 maraschino cherries
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
4 tsp. curry powder (mild)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Drain fruit. Dry well on paper towels. Arrange in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt butter; add brown sugar and curry. Spoon over fruit. Bake 1 hour uncovered. May serve warm. OR, cool, then refrigerate until day of serving. Then reheat in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
