PECAN FLOUNDER | |
4 slices fresh flounder 2 c. chopped pecans 1/8 c. olive oil 1/4 c. white wine 1 lemon, sliced Coat fish with pecans. Place fish in baking dish with olive oil and white wine. Put sliced lemon on top of fish. Bake at 350 degrees until fish is flaky, about 20 minutes. 4 servings. |
