STUFFED FLOUNDER 
1 lb. flounder
6 oz. crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

WHITE SAUCE:

1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch or flour

Mix crab meat, crumbs, salt and pepper in bowl. Lay fish flat; spread mixture on top. Then roll like a jelly roll. Place in buttered dish, pour white sauce over fish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
