CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chicken, baked
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. almonds
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated cheese

Saute celery and onion together. Bake chicken 1 hour at 325 degrees. Remove from bone and cut into chunks. Mix with next 5 ingredients. Sprinkle potato chips and cheese on top and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
