CORN CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
15 oz. can chili with no beans
15 oz. can chili with beans
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. corn chips (Fritos)

Cook meat with onions just until meat loses red color. Drain off excess grease. In 2-quart casserole, layer half of chili with no beans, half of chili with beans, half of meat mixture, 1 cup cheese, 1 cup corn chips. Repeat layers. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve with salad or over salad.
