APPLE SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
Spread a thick layer of cooked sweet potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Cover with sliced raw apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar and red cinnamon candies or small amount of cinnamon. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on top. Repeat until casserole is filled. Dot with butter and marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are tender.
