BLUEBERRY PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. blueberries
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Put the blueberries in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, shortening, 3/4 cup sugar and milk together and sprinkle over the berries.

Mix the 1 cup sugar and cornstarch together and sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour boiling water over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
