BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
5 oz. shredded Longhorn cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. seasoned stuffing mix (Oroweat Cornbread Stuffing)

Saute broccoli and onion and a little bit of garlic powder in butter until almost soft.

Stir cheese, mushrooms with juice into soup. Heat until cheese melts. Stir into broccoli mixture, add stuffing and turn into a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Delicious! Great for the holidays!
