BAKED SQUASH 
3-4 squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 stick butter

Roll squash in cornbread mix and place in bread pan. Put small pieces of butter over slices. Place in oven and bake at 400 degrees until bottoms are brown. Turn over and brown bottoms again. Place tin foil over top and let cook until tender.
