SUZIE'S TACO BAKE 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can refried beans
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp. taco sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion

Bake cornbread as directed on box, set aside.

In skillet, brown ground beef and onions, drain excess grease. Add chili powder and taco sauce, then pour out onto cornbread. Refry beans with 1 teaspoon of oil, then add to the top of beef.

Sprinkled Cheddar cheese and bake in oven until melted. Remove from oven until melted. Remove from oven and add jalapeno slices to center. Serve hot! Serves 4 adults. Also goes good with green salad.
