2 lbs. ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet
12 taco shells
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 med. tomatoes
1 head of lettuce
1 onion
1 c. sour cream (optional)

Brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning. In 9 x 13 inch pan layer taco shells then ground beef, next cheese. Then layer again. Put in oven and melt cheese. Use tomatoes, lettuce, onion and sour cream.
