“FOUR CHEESE PASTA” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  KUNG PAO CHICKEN

FOUR CHEESE PASTA 
2 cups angel hair pasta (I use Barilla)
2 cups water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. chicken flavor bouillon
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated jack cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Romano cheese

In a small bowl mix cornstarch, chicken bouillon and sugar with milk and set aside.

In a saucepan combine cheddar, jack, Parmesan and Romano and turn burner on high and melt cheeses. After cheese is melted add the cornstarch/milk mix and stir until sauce thickens.

In another saucepan boil water and add angel hair pasta and let cook. Drain angel hair pasta.

To the angel hair pasta add the sauce and stir. Serve and enjoy.
