APPLE BREAD STUFFING 
2 c. chopped tart apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. apple juice
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. Use to stuff pork chops or shoulder of pork or duck.
