ZUCCHINI RELISH 
1 c. chopped zucchini squash
4 c. onions, chopped
5 tbsp. salt

Mix and set overnight or several hours. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine:

2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. celery seed
3 green peppers, chopped
3 red peppers, chopped

Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Seal in hot jars. This is an excellent relish for hamburgers or hot dogs.
