CHICKEN AND HAM 
6 chicken breast halves, boned
6 thin slices of ham
6 American cheese sliced
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted

Pound chicken breasts with meat hammer until flattened on both sides. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each breast. Roll secure with toothpick. Dip in beaten eggs, then crumbs and brown in shortening. Place in greased baking dish; cover with soup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
