LIVER ITALIANO | |
4 liver steaks 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. oil 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. parsley Flour liver. Heat oil and saute garlic. Discard garlic and saute liver in oil. Remove liver when cooked to desire. Heat butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in oil. Stir well and pour over liver. Garnish with parsley. |
