CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 boiled chicken
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
4 c. broth from cooking chicken

Boil the chicken. Remove the skin and tear it into bite-size pieces. In a casserole dish, first add the rice. Spread the chicken pieces out over the rice.

In a separate bowl, mix the 3 soups together, then pour them over the chicken. DO NOT MIX THE RICE, CHICKEN AND SOUPS TOGETHER. Pour the broth over the soup. Use a fork to make holes (approximately 5 to 6). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Fifteen minutes before it is finished, add cheese to the top.
