OATMEAL MUSHROOM PATTIES 
1 sm. potato, grated
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal, dry
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. sweet basil

Blend first 3 ingredients together to absorb moisture. Chop mushrooms finely. Add mushrooms, soup mix, oil and sweet basil. Stir all ingredients together. Shape into patties. Fry until brown. Place in greased casserole. Pour gravy over. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

GRAVY:

1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oil
Mushroom liquid from mushrooms

Combine mushroom liquid with enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over patties.
