OATMEAL MUSHROOM PATTIES 
1 sm. potato, grated
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal (dry)

Blend above together allowing oats to absorb moisture.

1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped (save liquid)
1/2 env. onion soup mix or double recipe and use 1 env.
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. sweet basil

Drain mushrooms saving liquid. Mix with oat mixture and shape into patties. Fry in oil until brown. Place in greased casserole.

1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
Mushroom liquid, add water to make 1/2 c.
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oil

Mix gravy and cover patties in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
