JELLO PIE 
1 qt. berries or 1 pkg. frozen berries (if frozen, drain)

Set aside. 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. berry flavored Jello 1 prebaked pie shell 1 container Cool Whip, optional

Stir sugar, cornstarch and water together in saucepan. Cook until thick and clear, stirring well. Remove from heat and add 1 package of Jello. Cool. Add the berries to the cooled mixture. Pour into a baked pie shell and refrigerate until set. May be topped with Cool Whip.
