JELLO PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. lime Jello
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 can evaporated milk (chilled several hours)

Mix sugar, eggs, Jello and pineapple; bring to boil. Remove from heat and cool. Whip cream until high and fluffy, stir into cooked mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust (below) or two 9 inch crust.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1/2 box graham cracker crumbs
3/4 stick melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix well and press into 13 x 9 inch pan and chill.
