GRANDMA LU'S COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. shortening
1 tbsp. butter
3 to 4 tbsp. water

FILLING:

1 sm. can evaporated milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pie crust: Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening and butter. Add water. Roll out and place in 9 inch pie pan.

Filling: Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with a handful of raisins. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake as a custard pie, about 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
