KATIE'S PORK CHOPS IN BBQ SAUCE 
6 pork chops
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. catsup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Make a sauce by combining all ingredients except the pork chops in a saucepan; bring sauce to a boil. Place pork chops in a baking dish. Pour sauce over. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
