HAMBURGER BUNS
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water (105-115 degrees)
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. unrefined oil
1 tsp. sea salt
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. whole wheat flour

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water in a large bowl. Let set 5 minutes until bubbly. Mix the hot water, honey, oil, and salt until the honey is completely dissolved. Add the eggs. Pour and stir this into the yeast. Gradually add the flour mixing well with a wooden spoon.

Cover the bowl and put in the refrigerator to rise. Later remove the chilled risen dough form the refrigerator and stir down. Add a little more flour to make it less sticky and easier to roll out. Roll dough out to a thickness of 1/2 inch (not thinner) and cut out into round circles the same size as your burgers will be.

Place the buns on an oiled cookie sheet allowing room for sideways expansion. Allow to rise. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees or until done.
