BUNS - HAMBURGER OR HOT DOG 
2 pkgs. dry yeast dissolved in 3/4 c. warm water & 1 tsp. sugar
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco, melted
2/3 c. sugar
7 1/2 or 8 c. flour

Put water, sugar, Crisco and salt in dish. Add dissolved yeast. Stir in 3 cups of flour and beat well. Add more flour and knead. Let rise about 2 hours. Knead down and let rise again until double in size. Make buns and let rise. Bake in hot oven, 375 to 425 degrees, for 15 to 20 minutes. Can freeze.
