HAMBURGER BUNS 
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (110 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. 7 c. flour 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. butter

Combine warm water, sugar, salt and butter. Add yeast mixture and 3 1/2 cups flour; beat well. Gradually add remaining flour to make medium soft dough. Knead until smooth and satiny. Place in greased bowl, let rise in warm place until double. Knead down, let rise again until almost double.

Cut into 24 equal pieces. Form each into a round ball. Place on greased baking sheet. Press to flatten. Cover and let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
