BABY ELEPHANT EARS | |
1 c. soft butter 2 c. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1/3 c. warm water 1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. sugar Cinnamon Combine butter, flour, and salt. Blend with pastry blender until like fine peas. Add warm water to yeast and add all this to the flour mixture. Stir until mixed well. Roll into balls and flatten in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Be sure to get sugar on both sides. Bake on foiled covered cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until crisp. (Usually a lot less than 25 minutes is needed.) |
