CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. or 1 bag frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. Longhorn or Jack cheese
1 chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Bread crumbs

Boil chicken with garlic and onion 1 hour. Cook broccoli, place broccoli in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Debone chicken, cut into bite-size pieces, place on top of broccoli. Mix soup and mayonnaise, pour over chicken. Grate cheese and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
