GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can apple pie filling
1 c. pecans

Beat first three ingredients until firm. Mix together with all other ingredients. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Pour on before cake is cool. This stays moist until it's gone.
