GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. finely chopped apples

Mix all ingredients with spoon. Do not use mixer. Batter will be stiff. Spread into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
