INDIA BROILED SNAPPER & CURRIED
YOGURT SAUCE
 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
2 lbs. red snapper fillets
2 tbsp. butter

In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, dill weed, curry powder, honey and soy sauce and whip until smooth and fluffy. Set aside. Broil the snapper 5 minutes per side in buttered pan. Remove and top with sauce and return to the broiler to brown slightly. Serve hot. Serves 6.
