3 c. finely chopped zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm.
