3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Use 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
